I understand that playing with non-marking squash shoes is MANDATORY and that I am responsible for my guests. I understand that not keeping to this rule will lead to termination of my membership.

I apply for membership of Kentron Squash Club and undertake to abide by the club rules, booking rules and constitution. I understand that the annual membership fee, the booking deposit and the once-off administration fee are subject to change and payable in advance, and that I stay responsible for my annual membership fee until I resign in writing (email kentronsquash@gmail.com).
